Amazing Transformation:
Health Journey Spotlight Lifestyle Transformation

“Dr Ashby has literally been a lifesaver. I left a major Sarasota practice when the Dr wanted me to be on statins for high cholesterol. He had recently had a heart attack and he thought the statins to be ok. Dr Ashby ordered extensive bloodwork from the Cleveland Clinic. Test results showed exactly how dangerous a place I was in. Cholesterol waaay over the top, A1C over 7; blood pressure dangerously high; and on and on. We discussed lifestyle changes, dietary changes and implemented a supplement program. NO DRUGS, all PLANT DRIVEN products. I dropped red meats, cheeses, spirits and increased my activity levels. Two years later, latest bloodwork shows EVERYTHING is at ultra healthy levels. A1C is perfect, blood pressure at perfect levels. I dropped 80 pounds. My inflammation is essentially gone. I feel great, look great and have maintained my healthy lifestyle for years. It’s not work, just an attitude adjustment.
THANK YOU DR ASHBY!!!!!”

Take the 10 Day Morning Routine Challenge -Follow an effective Morning Routine for 10 days and enjoy the health benefits
The first actions of our day directly impact the rest of our day -and eventually the rest of our lives.

Follow a well designed morning routine (or one of your choosing) for optimal health for just 10 days and enjoy the benefits.

While the new year’s resolutions have since faded, bring back positive change by following an effective morning action plan. Success in your day begins with the first few steps of the morning.

Consider the following Three Step Morning Routine to promote a healthy start to your day:

Morning Routine Step 1: Hydrate your cells
First: Hydrate and nourish your cells -by giving the body vitamins, minerals and micronutrients first, the cells function at their best.

Morning Routine Step 2: Nourish the Microbiome
Nourish your microbiome each day. We know of the importance of a healthy gut microbiome. Nourishing the microbial population begins with fiber.

Morning Step 2: Fuel the Microbiome

Fiber -Gut Fuel

Advanced Nutriclean Fiber

Morning Routine Step 3: Alkalanize body & Support Digestion
In Step 3, Alkalinize the body: Squeeze half a lemon in 8 ounces of warm water and enjoy. This creates a healthy internal environment and primes the digestive system for the eating day.

Morning Step 3: Support the Digestive system with Aloe if you can’t tolerate Lemon

Power Protein Smoothie
Ready for Meal One? after the morning routine, the gut is ready for a meal.

A protein smoothie can be a great way to begin a nutritional day. If your first meal tends to be on the go, consider the following protein smoothie recipe for a healthy alternative.

Talk to your doctor to make sure all the ingredients are right for you. You can mix and match items and introduce new foods slowly to make sure you tolerate them.

High Cholesterol:

It’s not just the LDL (Bad cholesterol) number that matters, but the quality of the cholesterol as well.

Is LDL cholesterol healthy or is it oxidized? Are there too many small sticky particles that damage the vessel lining? are the particles large, ‘fluffly’ healthy and protective?

QUALITY matters for your cholesterol.
