Conscious Health “ Know Your Risk” Journey includes the following ($1946):
Time: 3.5 hours
( 1 hour prep before the visit, 1 hour coordination for you after the visit, and 1.5 hours with you)
This is your initial visit. Labs and records are reviewed by the doctor prior to your appointment. Labs orders are given and arranged at this time.
Time: 2 hours, work for you.
This is done by the doctor -without you- before your return visit. The lab results are reviewed. Interpretation and patient information is created for your education. Personalized plan and recommendations based on results for both lifestyle and supplements are made.
Time: 2.5 hours
(1 hour your consult note, codes and detailed prioritized issues -you may have this note for your records. 1.5 hours reviewing results with you)
Advanced labs are discussed and results given. All questions answered and patient education given. Initial steps clarified and decide on process and supplements to start.
Know your Risk Package is available at $1540 instead of $1946 if you decide to get complete transformation work and not just the Know Your Risk panel Labs. The transformation work includes 8-12 weeks of disease reduction or reversal. Consultations are NOT submitted to insurance. All of Dr. Ashby’s services are cash fees at time of service but labs are submitted to the insurance provider.
Yearly Renewal of Advanced labs and recommendations: $1540/ year.
An initial consult appointment takes on average up to 3.5 hours. Time is taken to review records prior to the visit. Previous conditions are assessed and work is being done before you are seen for the consultation. Because of the amount and detailed level of work included during the Initial visit there is NO REFUND of the consultation fee once the consultation is done.
Appointment No show /cancellation policy: It is necessary for us to safeguard an appointment time to see all patients as efficiently as possible. No shows and late cancellations cause problems that go beyond a financial impact on our practice. When an appointment is made it takes an available time slot away from another patient. Not showing up for your scheduled visit (“no show”) on the day of your appointment will be billed at 50% of the scheduled service rate. All cancellations without a 24-hour notice will also be billed at 50% of the scheduled service rate.
